Have you ever heard you shouldn't answer the interview question about your greatest weakness with a positive because it shows a lack of self awareness? Well, it's true for corporate culture as well.
They are incapable of change and constantly tell you it's a relationship based culture which is just another way of saying cliquish.
It's a sales company that thinks it's a marketing company which is hilarious because their brand equity is nil with anybody under 50.
How is Raos going to help you sell more Prego? The Energy offering is in the juice aisle? Really? And I legit watched them feverishly working on a launch that would not only be a trade down in top line in the soup aisle, but margin as well. That's like shooting yourself in the foot because you couldn't get your shoe off.
I watched the CMOs whole team walk out on her over the course of 6 months.

Accept that Meals & Beverage is a commodity business (not including the Sovos brands) and stop pretending they're marketing driven. Stop trying to get young people to eat things they don't want like wet soup. Focus on your core audiences and invest those profits in younger brands. And don't be afraid to invent brands. Brand Equity is as much of a prison as it is a license and your better off trying to reach new audiences with new brands.
