This place is horrible. DO NOT work here. The staffing agency and company don't care if you have a life outside work even wose if you have kids. The
Supervisors really lack at communicating. Alot of Favoritism that comes from picker supervisor A1, if your not kissing their behinds you are their least favorite.
They work you like robots, and treat you like kids

There’s always work but if you don’t pick fast enough they’ll demote you and let someone else take the job. Clocking in and out is a pain- rush to the clock because you’ll be penalized if the others take too long to clock in. 3x and you’re fired

working environment is good, tools are good. Salary is fair. There are many new comers. trying to figure out things together.

2. management : Company is still too new with too many new comers in Taiwan. it's not fair to comment about the management yet but for now, the orientation for new comer from management seems very minimal. co-workers need to figure out things among each other.
3. lead's leadership : cannot see their leadership to coach new comers to achieve the business goal yet.
4. workplace culture : wonderful workplace culture
5. the hardest part of the job : consistently finding the lowest prices in the market
6. the most enjoyable part of the job : Learn new things everyday

Physically tired and low salary

쉬는 시간은 없고 무거운 걸 계속 날라야 하고 조금이라도 쉬면 불러서 닥달함. 화장실도 엄청 멀고 물 제공 안됨. 다이어트하고 싶다면 해도 좋은 알바. 휴대폰을 못 들고 들어가서 엄청 지루함(노래 못 들음) 좋은 거는 혼자 일해도 된다는 거. 남들이랑 스몰토크하고 어울리고 사내정치에 연루될 필요없고 원하는 날에만 나가면 됨.

Wouldn't recommend folks to join a US office unless you are relocating to Korea or in engineering. Be aware if you are joining in Product or Design. Company is not investing in these areas outside of Korea.

Decent compensation, flexible work environment

Asian/korean culture permeates into everything, If you are in US, upward mobility is limited, People get more visibility in Korea, Limited growth in the US office, Complete top-down execution, last minute mission-style goal completion (Whatever CEO or CFO wanted), No real company culture other than "replicating amazon but not successful", CEO no longer is present.

The only good thing about the place is the pay
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The blatant favoritism from management, the training system is trash, only 1 HR rep is worth anything. The place has a toxic environment and needs to clear house & build from the bottom. I've seen/heard disgusting behavior from upper management. Out of both shifts there are only 3 people in upper management who are genuinely good people/good for the position they hold.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture & environment is toxic. A lot of it stems from the favoritism within management. I've seen management defend unprofessional behavior from employees more times than I can count. Literally the only good thing about the company is the pay & the pay isn't even that good.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Prepare to be stressed & spoken to like a child.

Unfairness and lack of care from management
|
-they make you go home early every day, when it’s cold outside it is freezing inside, hot outside, it is a million times hotter inside the warehouse. No ventilation, hardly any fans, people have passed out. The pay is $18 so not too bad.
