Management really does not care about anything other than numbers. And if they don't like you they will create a hostile environment to make you quit or sabotage you to get fired. To succeed you need to be in the favorites list, it's not based on hard work and effort. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Little to no schedule flexibility, even if you ask months in advance, no appreciation at all. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The day to day depends on the person you are and who they paired you with. For the most part, enjoyed the job. Loved the interactions with the customers. The downfalls....felt like I was being watched...Didn't feel that I had the respect of the GM at times. My husband was very ill and I intended to get the FMLA paperwork in, but was concentrating on my husband. Customer clientele is very low brow. It's just another one of those jobs that doesn't care about there employees unless they are in a relationship with said employee. There were pros and cons for sure. The pay didn't seem enough and it was hard to move up in the company out of the Sales Center for the most part, but some people had opportunities to do son. It had a great workplace culture. The hours in the sale center weren't great, but you were able to work from home sometimes so that was a plus. Benefits aren’t terrible but staffing is always an issue. Having 2 or less people per office makes time off difficult. You cannot take a day off unless you yourself find someone to cover your shift regardless of how much advance notice you hive thw company. You are not "promised 2 days off, the business comes first. Working 6 days a week is expectation, forced overtime regardless of your family situation. Business comes before you.
