Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Barracuda product tech. management and support;2. Responsible for Barracuda product study and localization work;3. Provide tech. support & service to Chinese/APAC customers;4. Responsible for tech. service documentation, including Q&A,Training and Solutions;5. Provide support, training & certificate to SE and PM on product technology and solutions;6. Provide high level tech. training & certificate to Barracuda customers and partners;7. Cooperate with global PM and TS to solve escalated issues in time;Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in CS or related domain, at least 1 year work experience (in network/application security preferred); 2. Familiar with Linux OS, TCP/IP and MS network system, the certificate in CCNP, Linux/Unix or MCSE (Security plus) is preferred; 3. Good English skills in reading,writing and communication with global team, CET-6 or higher is preferred;4. Be positive, honest, integrity ,trustworthy, initiative, and good at self-learning;5. Good communication skills and customer service sense;6. Good coordination ability, strong team work ability and troubleshooting/problem solving skills;
