This was by far the best job I've ever had. This job was 100% travel. I had the opportunity to travel all over the country, everything was paid for, meet new people, and when I wasn't working, I could still travel around since I was living out of a suitcase. Everyone on the XA team was so cool and we all got along. Leadership was very supportive too.

If you don't like to travel, or had a fear of being alone, you would hate this job.

-Working with great, talented, driven people.
-Freedom from a lot corporate red tape that you'll sometimes find in Engineering, we stay on top of technologies and allow for a lot of individual problem solving and creativity.
The company has had ups and downs, but I believe they've made some very good moves to right the ship. The bar is higher than it's ever been, and I think that was long overdue.

-Many people don't like our hybrid work environment
-Things have become a little bit cut throat, which in some cases leads to Us vs. Them mentality among teams/leadership, I wouldn't say this is the norm though.
