Good if you don't expect much. Terribly low wages, zero willingness to raise them significantly even in critical situations, eg. they gave the usual 8% per year when inflation was 15% that year (25% in some months). Too much emphasis on informal, personal relationships, they tell you that you have to "sell yourself" if you want to step further, share details about your personal life, take part in corporate bulls@&t events and pretend that you like it. They have their vocabulary (eg. "visibility") to let you know that your work doesn't really count, it's more how much you are in the a#&es of bosses.
