Able to manage your own diary. Decisions can be slow, or sometimes decisions come down to one individual who can be a bottleneck but it’s a continuously improving environment. If you have children and your on agency don't bother applying, if you miss a day through to child being poorly then sorry you will be let go, that's how "diverse" they are. Holidays forget about them, if you take paid off sorry you get the boot. No uniform or PPE provided to agency staff so safety hat, glasses, boots etc all have to be provided by yourself. One last thing, dont hurt yourself, it will be your fault and will be let go. Overall you could earn good money here but it's a game of if and when you will get thrown out, if management don't like you they just simply ring the agency and your gone. Wouldn't bother.
