What is the best part of working at the company?
The company is generous in terms of product discounts and gift products.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Standing all day and pressure with the running production. Although difficult but in a way, develops the agility of its workers.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Yelling is a common behavior in the Production Dept. Disrespect among workers, lots of mean guys and rude women with dirty mouths and lots of boisterous laughter while at work. Some of those promoted to higher levels are not educated (not even with GED) and almost illiterate (cannot answer tests but just cheat to pass, mainly by copying from others) and mostly the ones who break the rules of the company.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Exhausted, achy body. The only consolation is the nice treatment from those employees in other departments who are respectful and polite.

For me they were seriously understanding and their perks were amazing

I didn't really deal with much stress but it could be the hours. You spend at least 12 hrs every shift up there but they make it to where you get days off in between

It was welcoming and awesome. The people I worked with were amazing

Getting in and running parts and keeping the machines running.

Good Place to work with good people.

I worked for Edgewell Personal Care as a Reach Truck operator in their Milton Warehouse.
The people were the nicest you could find and the building was clean, well lit and temapture controlled.
The pay was fantastic, as well.
I highly recommend this company.
