Reporting to our Reports to Custom Brands APAC-MEA Business Development Director.
The Product Manager will be responsible for best-in-class customer engagement. He/She will support commercial teams by partnering with cross-functional groups in developing Private Label products efficiently and on time. He/She will also support the business with delivering sales analysis and insights to drive sales and share growth.
Independently lead New Product Developments (NPD) introduction process and creating best in class launch materials, Trade Story, Packaging, Pack structures, Imagery, Claims, Shave tests etc., based on the annual business plan cycle.
Support and implement all commercial innovation initiatives identified for the region.
Support Regional sales teams in the execution of the sales plan strategies and day by day requests (product availability, feasibility of product/packages, artwork’s development etc.)
Build strong relationships with the sales teams, category managers (where present) and operations teams to foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Coordinate and work with factory engineering to develop and implement new packaging options, structures and art.

Ideally you will have strong project management skills and experience in product management. Experience in Trade Marketing within an Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company is desirable.
Great interpersonal skills and a curious, problem solving mindset is a must!
Experience in project management and in dealing with external partners/suppliers
Extensive exposure to multi country product launches/projects
Trade Marketing Background (also Marketing possible), familiar with FMCGs dynamics, tools and FMCGs ways of working.
Commercially driven, understands both internal sales force and customer needs and work to create added value for both
Ability to work in a complex environment which require good ability to build internal relationship and connection
Multitasking, ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Packaging (ART) and pack structure development
English as primary, working language

ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent leads the development and implementation of category plans and insights for internal cross-functional teams and external customers. This includes providing analytical support, insights, and actionable recommendations that support the achievement of both the retailer and EPC’s sales and profit objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop category consumption projections at key points in the annual and strategic planning processes and be the authority in front of customer on future category trends.
Fully leverage a broad range of insights (shopper/consumer/economic/retailer) into the category management process.
Fully leverage analytical strength in creating compelling fact-based solutions for customer and brand plans.
Deliver thorough and well-supported analysis to the customer regarding assortment and merchandising recommendations.
Champion the category vision and strategy process for EPC categories.
Align category development effort and priorities with marketing and sales strategy and support the identification of market opportunities.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
University Business degree with 5+ years of category management or market/consumer analytics experience, preferably in a CPG environment.
Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
Knowledge of Nielsen data (i.e. MarketTrack, Shopper Tracker) and Plan-o-gram software.
Knowledge of Numerator, Precima, other Retailer tools is an asset.
Prior sales/trade/marketing experience in a CPG environment is an asset.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of the role of insights, analytics and shopper marketing in Category Management.
Experience with category management theory & analysis and solid understanding of financial analysis principles is strongly preferred.
Experience with OMNI/eCommerce insights and trends is an asset.
Strong, proactive collaborator comfortable interacting at all levels within the organization. A team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Solid project management and organizational skills to prioritize and multi-task.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, able to work independently on projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at all levels both within and outside the organization.

Edgewell Sales Representative Part Time – Windsor, Sarnia and surrounding area
Hours: 32 Hour –Monday-Thursday- Part Time position
Perform sales, merchandising and customer service functions on a regular call frequency basis to a selected list of accounts within an assigned region. This position is part-time, paid on an hourly rate basis.
Job Responsibilities
Present and sell products at store level according to national and regional promotions while maintaining focus on marketing objectives. Execute promotions in a manner that results in increased sales or space.
Merchandise products as indicated by national bulletins or other internal correspondence. Advise customers of upcoming ads, promotions, new products, etc. Rotate stock on all product lines, ensure POP material is available and displayed, and solicit additional space during promotions and peak sales periods.
Strong selling skills to support store level bookings (CFO’s).
Develop and maintain relationships with key store personnel in order to strengthen the company’s position. Provide consistent feedback competitor information and competitive information to Retail Manager
Attend customer meetings and company sales meetings as required.
Some overnight travel may be required.
Position Requirements
College/university degree or equivalent experience with 2 years of proven sales/merchandising experience in consumer-packaged goods.
Basic math skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
Prior experience using handheld retail tablet and comfort with automation technology
Competencies
Self-motivated with solid selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to organize and plan effectively.
Able to work well independently. Good attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at store level and within Edgewell.
Ability to successfully work within and promote a team environment.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Quality Manager is to ensure continuing excellence and compliance in the Quality system across all the regulated sites in Canada which includes Milton (Distribution) and Hanover (Packaging) The incumbent will ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations, ensure all compliance plan deliverables are achieved, maintain all operations in full inspection-ready fashion, foster a mindset of continuous quality improvement, and be a leading voice in sustaining a culture of excellence. Responsible for managing, coaching, and inspiring a high performing Quality team.
Universal Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with all Health Canada, and GMP requirements for OTC, Cosmetics, and Devices.
Ensure that quality systems are implemented and followed in Milton and Hanover (e.g. temperature monitoring, calibration program, document control, product testing, specifications, control procedures, etc.).
Release of Finished Goods and/or Raw Materials.
Prioritize and direct the work of Quality personnel and communicate timetables and standards of excellence regularly to ensure commitments are met.
Lead the quality team by providing coaching, motivation, and direction. Model the organization’s values and behaviors and engage the team to do the same.
Plan and implement Quality strategies, policies, and objectives in accordance with Company strategic plans (SOPs).
Provide growth and development for the team and work to have successors in place.
Actively participate in Regulatory and Internal Inspections.
Escalate to upper management any issue that potentially can impact release of product to market.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Champion the quality culture and build outstanding partnerships with operations, supply chain, regulatory, commercial, and other functions based on mutual candor and continual bidirectional learning.
Specific Accountabilities
Incumbent is responsible for the release of all imported product.
Is the primary contact for interactions with Health Canada.
Provides input and manages against a planned budget.
Must stay current and be well-versed in all aspects of all applicable regulations.
Ensure that personnel are properly trained to successfully accomplish job duties and responsibilities.
Responsible to respond to all inspections and ensure all applicable actions are taken to ensure compliance.
Frequent travel to Hanover.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Sciences degree with at least 10 years of experience in leading Quality Systems and Inspections in Canada with direct accountability for product release and HC accountability in Cosmetic/Drug/NHP/Med Devices.
Full command of GUI-001
Expert knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 22716:2007
Knowledge of FDA, ICH guidelines.
Knowledge of safe work practices and Ontario Health and Safety Act.
Proficient with various computer software programs and use of audiovisual tools.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Working knowledge of Distribution and Packaging of imported products in Canada.
Working knowledge of Canadian Medical Device Regulations SOR/98-282.
Results oriented analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

BI Supervisor actively participates on IBP Process by providing hard data risks and opportunities. Also responsible of merchandisers budget management and control. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration
At least 3 Years of experience in Business Intelligence
At least 3 years of experience of Sell in and Sell Out controlling
Excellent database management
Good to build win-win Relationships
Great ability to influence the sales team
English – intermediate (Written, listening and conversation)
Managing change
High self-motivations skills

• Ability to manage a project involving different department and different levels of the organization.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and logical thinking is mandatory for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate actions.
• Strongly developed and proactive business attitude to be a problem solver.
• Deliver Supply Chain solutions to fulfil business needs for Value Chain creation and be consumer centricity.
