If you haven't worked for company over 20 years or related to someone forget moving up. The most clickish workplace I've ever worked for. Very bad management who hoard work then write you up because you’re not doing work. I worked in to different departments and the same experience in both. OCE talks about how they are creating an inclusive culture and "path to premier" are a joke. Leadership waste so much money on stupid stuff like private jets and making you travel for training when it can be done online. They do not promote or hire the best employees only the ones with the right connections.

Stop shuffling the deck with re orginzation and fix the culture. Don't automatically assume your 20 year employee is right just because they have been in the company for so long. YOUR CULTURE IS A PROBELM and it will never change if you just keep moving the problems around.
