Benefit. Good health insurance, 401k, and RSU.

Politics. All the projects are never actually finished. Managements use the know issue to pressure the engineers.

The core business has limited growth. And upper management keeps looking for the next big thing.

working on stuff that nobody wants to work on and not important.

Can potientially make a lot of money with spiffs if you’re scheduled jobs are favorable.. Seems only certain people get the better jobs & materials etc prepped and pulled & supply house privelieges.

i learned 3 software with this company, MAS 500, Concur and Oracle in addition to my knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 software. Management is not good to me after 3 years of working there. The job is fine and i can manage most of the responsibilities.

I worked here from 2016 to mid 2019 and while I learned alot and had a fund time, there was no career opportunities in Supply Chain department. Most jobs were in technology or marketing sales which makes sense for an FinTech company.

Great company and my manager is the best. I wish I things could have been different. I was layed off due to the economy. The pandemic has lead to major layoffs.

they acquire companies and ruin them. I really don't have anything nice to say. Some of the staff are ok and the pay is very fair. But the hours are long and the work can be stressful. There has been a lot of turn over at all levels.
