It was an okay place to work.

I enjoyed being able to move around departments to try different jobs. They had many teams you could be a part of. Management was hit and miss on being good or not. A lot of turnover on management.

Seems like it’d be a good place to work at. I don’t know if the hire felons but I’m hopeful. A good job is what I need and I am a good worker. I’m sure I will learn how to run machines and widen my skills of working in a factory.

Overworked and underappreciated.

High workload, with management unable to assist in prioritization. Culture is local and highly dependent on leader. 3rd leader in 3 years was terrible, and forced me to prioritize my mental health and my family over work achievements.

Be prepared. Some slow time and some fast times. Being part of a team is the best part of the job. Being responsible gave me confidence to make decisions. The hardest part for me was downtime and cleaning, a lot of wet washing in processing. My knowledge grew so much in my 19 years learning from the best engineers ever.

if you are ok with being in a building with no windows for long shifts it would be ok. full time employees had a reliable set schedule with a good set schedule of time off.
|
i had a good 8 hour shift was off at 2pm but often we were sent home early on slow days.
|
i was on a 40 hour a week schedule, but often was sent home an hour after showing up because of slow work days or machine malfunctions

Productive but not enjoyable on the line.
|
A typical day at work would be 6 am to 6 pm. We learned to make crescents. Management made the job unbearable. The workplace culture was bad. The hardest part of the job was working the sheeter as I am only 4 ft. 8 ins tall. The only enjoyable part of the job is meeting new people.

Great experience
|
I came in on a short term contract just before covid hit. The culture is open and welcoming. The campus is gigantic, with a product store and a very large cafeteria with great, (but a little pricey) food.
I highly recommend working there.

Management sucks they don't care about you, they expect to much from you. 12hrs shifts was bad the hardest part was trying to communicate with management. I would not recommend this job to anyone. They don't give raise they don't care.

2. Six-step fault analysis process maintaining rigorous standards throughout
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs
Stack cargo in locations, such as transit sheds or freights as directed,
using pallets, forklift or cargo boards. And, RF scan for inventory, board and manual dexterity to coordinate transport.
They hold special events on holidays and overtime on certain holidays is time and a half
Management is understanding, will work closely and collaborate to meet your needs
