The team that worked on CSMS and WMS. Awesome group of people with great minds.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not clear what management wanted. Expressed struggles but no direct guidance on what to study or learn.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture was cool but people will walk by you without saying a word. Some people. Most were cool if you don’t have a problem saying good morning to people or initiating conversation.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Know your stuff and if you have questions, ask but be ready for the negative feedback on your end of year review. Just make adjustments accordingly.

good place if you love overtime

Easy laid back work. Tons of overtime. 6 days a week required. Very expensive to live in dallas fort worth area. One die maker lived in his car to avoid rent.

Cheap company with few promotion opportunities
|
There is an army of analysts doing all the work and it takes 15 years to get promoted to a people leader. The company is so cheap that it makes managers pay for the Christmas party. Very uncomfortable to have other employees paying for the holiday party. They make you do busy work tracking pennies but meanwhile forced rotations to new roles are so fast that few people are capable of seeing the big picture and catching a major accounting error.

Once was good and fun place to work for

Good work life balance
At average or bit higher salary, fair though not very high compare to Bay area, WA, etc;
But chaos management or leadership especially SLT, besides, direct report basically have good support.
Overall very good working environment but since last year morale of colleagues are super low due to serveral laid-offs
