A good and reliable job. Pay is decent for starter employees with no experience but as time goes on your pay doesn't reflect your worth. Raises are tiny. Overall, as long as you have good coworkers it's a good job.

Good people and benefits pay could be better.

Talent can be hard to work with sometimes as you would expect they can be self centered. Lots of down time when not actively directing / producing newscasts would be a pretty good job if it had regular 9-5 hours which isn’t really an option in news.
