Not a bad place to work but sometimes it gets painfully slow or very fast paced. Decent Insurance and benefits. Not recommend for a long term gig especially if your someone who wants to feel like the work your doing makes a difference.

They reward mediocrity

Worked there for 4 years combined. It's best not to learn additional skills or departments, as the more you know, you will be expected to pick up the slack for employees who barely show up at all, while being reprimanded for not doing work that isn't yours. Doing more work will not get you promoted, don't bother trying if you're not male, or going for a "female" job like service desk or front end. As long as you're not the worst worker, it's not too bad, the key is being invisible in the middle of the pack. Working harder will get you taken advantage of with no reward.

it’s a fun job for someone who doesn’t mind working 27 hours a week, they don’t hire full time. they pay good but you won’t get full time pay unless you’ve been there a long time.

Nothing realy. They have a fake culture of "inclusion".

Covering the front desk on my own for 8 hours without help.
Dealing with racist customers.
