Dysfunctional leadership, more emphasis put on delivering tasks and "checking the box", than providing a vision or direction on what is actually getting built. Encourages working in silos. When trying to speak up about challenges or trying to collaborate to detail solutions or requirements and direction...will be told to stop. Yet, when asking for detailed solutions or requirements and direction...will be told that another team should be working on that. Priorities constantly shift with seemingly no strategy.
