There's always an opportunity for advancement because of the cultural beliefs of allowing employees to challenge themselves. Every member of my team works together like family. My shift supervisor and other leads always listen and ready to assist. I was able to apply the knowledge from my logistics and supply chain program where necessary to make my job easier. I enjoyed the meat bundle for perfect attendance. Potluck days are countless and that enables multi cultural experiences among my co- workers. The hardest part of the job is when you have to correct and clean up other shift's mess over and over again. Employees appreciation for no injury months. Incentives for perfect attendance and product giveaway Breaks too short. Some holidays were not being paid for. They treat you like family when yoh really invest yourself. They recognize and point out yout strong points and the company cares about their workers. The money and pay is good and I made 100s of friends. Leveling up in the company is also doable if determined. Management and union alike are willing to stab their co workers in the back (metaphorically) to help themselves look good. You know something is wrong when the hardest part of the job is going in daily and the most enjoyable is punching out and running out. They push work/life balance but make work your life so you will be there all the time anyway.
