Preparation of SEC ASC 740 reporting disclosure support.</span></p> <br><strong> Essential Functions </strong><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Quarterly tax provision preparation using Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Provision to ensure accurate calculation of federal & state income taxes and compliance with SEC financial reporting requirements</span></li><li><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preparation of work papers/schedules to support permanent and temporary tax differences for income tax filings</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preparation of income tax returns, extensions, and estimates for federal, state, and local jurisdictions in Thomson Reuters OneSource Income Tax.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support and provide documentation and prepare schedules for any income tax audits</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide tax information for the SEC quarterly and annual filings. Reconcile information required for the filings.
