Le management s'adapte en fonction de besoins de chacun, permettant à la fois de travailler en autonomie (travail en remote complet possible) et d'être en constante évolution. Company lacking leadership and direction. Seem solely intent on maximising employee output, with high levels of burnout. Lots of internal politics and poor leadership choices. Unfortunately this is the epitome of the 'types' of people that thrive and progress.
