Los horarios siempre se harán en beneficio del encargado,
muy pocas manos, mucha presión, representa que es una fundación, pero con mucho animo de lucro, hay muchísima presión por las ventas hasta el punto de que pegan broncas gordas y encima son muy fans de escribir cartas disciplinarias,
las condiciones laborales son nefastas y los horarios horribles imposible compaginar vida laboral con la personal, si trabajas un festivo ni tienen el valor de pagarlo y encima romantizan la pobreza...
Es lamentable, que sepáis que inflan una barbaridad los precios cuando las prendas son de segunda mano, el trato a los empleados es nefasta,

Spent a decade plus at Humana and overall I really enjoyed it. Remote work was great. Plenty of opportunities to advance during my time there and had many amazing co-workers along the way.

Work from home. This company is a farce. It talks the talk, but does not walk the walk.

Expectations are too high, and solely money oriented- not people oriented.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and frustrating. How many calls are more important than the actual help you provide to people.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You must clock in, every keystroke is recorded- every phone call is recorded. Breaks are not flexible- terrible stress to meet metrics.

It's a job, and it's mostly "stable." It depends on how your leadership is doing, and usually, they aren't doing very well. The division was shut down about a year after I left. I left because I was not even working or doing anything and was so bored out of my mind.
