We are currently on the look-out for an HR Advisor for our Manufacturing operation. This role forms an integral part of our ANZ HR team, working alongside a team of passionate HR professionals, committed to delivering outstanding results to all stakeholders. We take our jobs seriously but ourselves – not so much!
Based in Botany, our Manufacturing plant is a 24/7 operation and produces our ready-to-eat cereal range with an employee population of approximately 250 employees, from Production Operators through to Senior Supply Chain Management. You will report to the Senior HR Manager – Supply Chain. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role gives you the opportunity to work across both operational and strategic HR initiatives.
Core responsibilities include:-
Partner with Operations Managers to provide operational HR support
HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including policy interpretation, performance management counsel, grievance handling and investigations
EBA interpretation and advice for managers
Lead the recruitment activities for Production Operators
Data management, reporting and people analytics
Delivery of training initiatives and workshop facilitation
Play a key role in HR and site-specific projects which includes organisational effectiveness, health & well-being, recognition and training and development of our Production Operators
Skills and experience sought:-
Tertiary qualification in HR or similar discipline
Previous experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within a Unionised environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Well organised with the ability to juggle often competing priorities
An excellent working knowledge of MS Office products
A strong team orientation

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team and manage key relationships across Sydney CBD, East & South East, representing our iconic brands in key grocery outlets. Complex Analysis – In this role, you will have a firm focus on performing complex financial analyses as well as generating models to support decision making different business teams. You will use these insights to make recommendations across functions. We are looking for someone who has a passion for analytics – we want it to bring out the tiger in you!
Plant Standards – This role will daily monitor financial performance and drive Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy including detailed analysis of variances and work with the plant teams to achieve operational excellence.
Plant Partnerships, Profits, Plans, and Process – We believe in collaboration! In a consultative capacity, you will interact hands-on within the plant to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved, by monitoring and reporting on key financial and non-financial performance indicators specific to Overhead, Cash Flow, Cost Savings, and Cost Avoidance. We are looking for you to deliver and integrate plans for executional excellence as well as develop complex financial analysis insights and solutions.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Projects – It is about having an Owner’s Mindset. You will be managing the execution and completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics. You will also complete ad-hoc reporting requests.
Be Proactive – as a key part of the finance team, you will recommend updates to the budget, forecast, and help identify ways to close gaps and meet challenges. You will also review and translate assumptions to financial budget/forecast for review by management, in addition to ensuring accurate monthly financial closing/reporting, submission of results, and reviews with supply chain leadership. Leads and Coordinates the warehouse operations and team, ensuring the manufacturing is provided with quality raw and packed materials and finished goods. Review ongoing process needs and reassign duties as needed, including relieving Warehouse Operators and other Warehouse positions.
Ensuring Physical Movement of Inbound and outbound Goods – works alongside Warehouse Operators to provide services to the production line for raw materials, bulk, packaging supplies, waste removal, and material handling of finished goods and loading trucks. Ability to meet all our identified driving requirements from PIT and up to moving trailers.
Safety First – Follows all safety and quality requirements including legislative, and company standards. You will be responsible for safety and sanitation inspections and moving, scrap, and other debris. Ensure packaged food is too specific standards and operation of the palletizer and unitizer automated equipment, ensuring a quality product is produced in a safe and efficient manner.
Setting the Pace - Ensuring that manufacturing is provided with quality raw and packed materials in a timely manner and that finished goods are moved. Entering into system and records so all materials, equipment, and inventory are maintained to ensure the product is produced and packed at a minimum cost within production schedules and within safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

As an important part of the shipping and receiving process, you'll help us get our beloved products into stores around the country! To be successful in this role, you could certainly use two scoops of communication skills and a bowl full of detail while preparing some of the world's most favorite products for shipment. Order Selection & Shipping with Care – You will be handling finished products for customer orders and preparing shipping procedures while making sure our paperwork and food safety requirements are met. Keep the area tidy! You will be responsible for sanitation inspections and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Check and Double Check – As your role in the warehouse becomes second nature to you, you will verify that all appropriate goods are being shipped and received accurately and damage-free. Time to be efficient and use your detail-oriented skills!
On-Time Scheduling – You will be scheduling incoming/outbound materials and finished product shipments. Communication is key!
Setting the Pace - Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere to increase efficiencies. Working closely with the Operations, Quality Food Safety, and Environmental Health & Safety personnel.
Always Accountable - Maintaining a strong safety focus while looking out for the well-being of fellow co-workers. Delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication between co-workers and management.
Making things Happen – Working in a high-performance team you will ensure the product is produced and packed at a minimum cost within production schedules and within safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Learning On The Job – You will be responsible for learning Warehouse Management Systems on forklifts and clamp truck trucks as well as having a strong understanding of required audits within the facility

Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating 12 hours shifts

Driving Kellogg’s Retail Presence – You will work with your Kellogg partners to understand our Retail Customers' business strategies and targets. By doing so, you will drive and achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives. You will also use your own strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase the share of the shelf through major and minor relines. You will have the ability to bring fresh ideas that the competition will wish they thought of.
Promotional Execution – You will have a firm focus on the timely execution of promotions as well as shelf objectives, according to banners and store planogram compliance. You will partner closely with your Retail Team Lead to ensure your territory’s specific strategies are delivered and achieved.

Ensure a flawless execution at POS (point of sales) of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure (KWOW). Provides insight around categories performance and shoppers.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Identify opportunities to increase the rotation of products at point of sale:
Together with other business areas, identify opportunities by category and channel, their territory in the CORE (share, inv. asset depletion, mixing and performance scanner) customers.
To visit the premises of their customers (offices, distribution centers and RE) to find opportunities to improve the rotation of our products.
To give feedback commercial activities in POS (competition, launches, OOS, etc.) to improve decision-making.
Sales bargaining and to achieve goals:
Trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts (Wholeslaers, DSDD, ASR)
Monitoring of compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory.
Perform business reviews with customers in their territory.
To strengthen the business relationship with their customers.
POS implementation:
To ensure the implementation of the business plan of the company / channel / business environment in the territory POS charge.
To monitor progress of the implementation of activities to generate demand (through reports generated for consultation).
To generate good business relationship with the managers of the different business environments to increase the participation of categories in which it participates.
Leadership:
Align priorities and initiatives by Retail Environment with the merchandiser’s agency
Identify development opportunities for external merchandisers to solicit the agency training programs for them
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
+1 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
Specific Experience Managing: Field sales and Third party merchandising.
People manager experience: Not required.
Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, HFS Channels (Wholesalers, distributors) and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
Fully English and Spanish Proficient (Desirable)
