Lots of PTO, flex-sick time, and some general flexibility with scheduling.

There is no VP over our department, which means we have zero voice at the table when decisions are made. Our National Accounts team does nothing to buy space for anything other than Dr Pepper; which is mostly services by Coke or Pepsi. No one is required to purchase any products offered in a “non-Pepper” market, so everything is an uphill battle that can crumble at any time.
