The pay is WEAK compared to what they ask for .
You can do everything right but then they’ll find a way to bring up something you did wrong . “You said all the right things but it could’ve been said in this order ” it does not matter if the customer is happy . Carmax is only worried about their pockets ! My schedule got switched three different times within 3 months .I could keep going but it’s HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
