Awful District Management and Placement (Credit Card Nightmare)

So, when I applied to work at Kohl's I applied to be on the floor, they ended up putting me on as cashier despite that being the last thing I wanted to do. They then continued to placate me by telling me that they would put me on the floor (the position I thought they were hiring me for since that's what I interviewed for) when they needed me there. Ended up never being on the floor, always cashier even though they consistently told me in front of everyone one that I was awful at it. Like I didn't know that and it definitely wasn't the reason I applied to be on the floor in the first place. Next is one is a particular job duty for people running registers, the dreaded Kohl's credit cards. What an absolute nightmare. They would often publicly humiliate you for not shelling out as many credit cards as they wanted. They would also announce over store intercom when co-workers got credit cards, how many credit cards in total cashiers had gotten that day/week, and then tell the others to work harder. I mean there was never a moment when you were talking to your superiors where they weren't grilling you on credit cards, it was awful. Not to mention they would just straight up tell you to basically wear the customer down until they would finally agree to get a Kohl's credit card. They even told us if the customer said that they knew they didn't have the credit or financials to get accepted for the credit card that we should still make them apply for it, so I ended up humiliating customers more times than I would ever like to again. I was literally not allowed to take "No" as an answer. Finally, the district management, one man in particular, though I can't remember his name. Whoever the man is that is in charge of the Melbourne/Viera Florida District in 2022. I was working my second to last day of my 2 weeks notice and he came in and did his usual rounds with his iPad and the store management. He then came up to the registers while we were helping customers and started talking about the Kohl's credit cards. He looks at me and says my name then begins to publicly humiliate me in-front of the customer I was helping and my co-workers because I wasn't getting enough credit cards. Truly an awful work environment where they would pit co-worker against co-worker so that they could squeeze more Kohl's credit cards out of their poor customers who didn't even want them. Basically Kohl's is a store in idea only, they are more like a desperate bank trying to shell out their bad credit cards. Final issue I just remembered is one of the stores managers, I won't say her name because if you have been in that store you know her, whether you're an employee or customer. For the longest time I thought she was the store manager because she was literally always there bossing people around and just generally being truly unpleasant to be around, When I brought it up to the other managers, because everyone else was too afraid of her because she had a reputation of retaliating (or at least that was the rumor going around the store), I found out that she was just in charge of customer service/returns and had no business being up front telling the cashiers what to do. The other managers were really nice when not in work mode, but I wouldn't even recommend this job to my worst enemy. I loved my co-workers, especially all the wonderful women on the registers with me. Please treat your Kohl's cashiers kindly, they already don't get treated well by their bosses.
