Iraq<br><br> The candidate will also be expected to manage inventory, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, maintain and properly store all engine back shop and flightline related assets to include trailers. <br><br>*Duties: Under direction carries out plans, and directions in relation to F-16 Back Shop/ Flightline propulsion maintenance activities while primarily training the assigned IQAF customer. Interprets/implements directives pertaining to maintenance functions, including safe maintenance practices while working/training assigned IqAF technicians<br>Trains, advises, performs troubleshooting and testing of engines at Test Cell to determine repair procedures on F100-PW-229 aircraft engines. Diagnoses and repairs malfunctions using technical publications. Solves maintenance problems by studying wiring diagrams, technical orders, schematic diagrams, Engineering dispositions, and analyzing operating characteristics of aircraft engines. Inspects, certifies and approves completed maintenance actions by peer technicians and IqAF counterparts.<br>Removes, installs, inspects, repairs, and modifies F100-PW-229 engines, engine modules and components. Disassembles and assembles F100-PW-229 engines adhering to prescribed procedures. Prepares engines for installation, storage, or transportation. Tests components using bench mockups and test equipment. Installs and removes engines from aircraft, test stands, and operates, evaluates, and performs test stand functions on engines and operational checks of assigned equipment, performs evaluations of engine blades and annotation of aircraft forms. Accomplishes operator maintenance on test stands.<br>Technicians will be required to receive certification on F-16 Aircraft and Test Cell engine run Procedures on F100-PW-229 Engines. In addition, the incumbent will train and/or assist customer technicians through operator maintenance on test stands and associated equipment. Technicians will Analyze, interpret, and recommend maintenance actions based on unscheduled engine removals and engine monitoring system data. Coordinates with the Program P&S, Generation Manager to analyze scheduled engine removals; recommended forecast actions to the weekly or monthly maintenance schedules.<br><br>Technicians will also inspect, maintain, operate engine ground SE or related SE. Member will select, use, and care for special tools, hand tools, and test equipment. Assigned personnel will use and dispose of hazardous waste and materials IAW applicable Operating Instruction, and local duties above. Technician will be required to train customer technicians in all aspects relating to the position in the Propulsion Shop which includes Flight Line & Back Shop functions. Technicians may be required to assist in tasks outside of primary duties at manager’s discretion. <br>Assignment will consist of site set-up activities in Iraq, to include but not limited to light to medium construction activities. Candidates must be willing and able to participate in all set-up activities, assist with receiving and storing supplies and support equipment and housekeeping. Description:The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant reports to the Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness within the Enterprise Operations Talent & Capability (T&OC) team where organization design, team effectiveness and change management solutions enable the evolution of an increasingly competitive workforce. This OD Consultant is an experienced change practitioner, business architect, and organization design specialist who can bring the right solutions to each project. This position will consult with functional executives and HR Business partners, serving as a point person on organization effectiveness requests.• Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. The selected candidate must possess the following...Collaborative Relationship Building• Develops high-trust working relationships with both clients and co-workers; inspires others to engage and participateClient / Service Drive• Investigates and takes action to meet client needs and exceed their expectationsDelivery Excellence• Effectively and consistently navigates ambiguous project environments; organizes work efforts and deliverables with a concern for order, quality, and accuracyFirst-rate Communication and Influencing Abilities• Persuasive writer, speaker, and presenter across multiple settings and with varied audiences Conceptual / Critical Thinking• Anticipates situations, stays ahead of trends, and develops novel and elegant client solutions• Respectfully facilitates multiple points of viewBasic Qualifications:• A Bachelors Degree and/or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Management or Organizational Behavior, Effectiveness or Development• Minimum of 8+ years acting as an internal or external consultant within a Corporate or Business Organizational Development/Capability organization with large or complex organizations with geographically disbursed team members and clients. Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.• Sound understanding and demonstrated application of Organization Design, Change Management and Team Effectiveness practices and tools (i.e. Jay Galbraith’s Five Star Model; PROSCI methodology and tools; Team effectiveness assessments-Strengths Finder, Parker Team Player, Lencioni-; Agile team practices and team development plans)• Some travel (10-15%)Desired Skills:• M.S. or M.B.A. with emphasis on Human Resources, Business Management or Organizational Behavior, Effectiveness or Development• Lockheed Martin Experience• Strong business acumen and analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to think deeply and systemically about business problems, breaking down problems and presenting creative solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option.• Strong executive presence including capability to successfully engage with the highest levels of leadership.• Experience building professional business relationships with executive leaders, Sr. leaders, and HR peers• Strong project management skills to coordinate actions from across the enterprise and deliver timely, quality products. Bias for urgency in meeting deadlines• Track record of setting stretch goals and delivering on commitments.• Ability to build a strong business case and “burning platform” and communicating to all key stakeholders to build urgency and engagement• Adapt and develop world-class best practices inside the organization to create significant competitive advantages by improving efficiency and accountability.• Demonstrated ability to bring teams together rallying around the same goals while building and mentoring staff for the long-term success of the group. Experience working in and managing teams in a matrix organization structure • Understanding of HR database systems utilized to obtain data for analysis and reports, as appropriate.• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically: Power point, Excel, and virtual collaboration tools (i.e.: SharePoint)• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.• Green belt in Six Sigma tools and processes• Strong understanding of HR policies and practices
