The CEO Randy is very nice and has an amazing head on his shoulder, also you get to meet some real down to earth people and get to know all different kinds of people since some travel far to work at this location
|
Cons about this location specifically is it doesn’t matter what you know it’s who you know. All the people in management either grew up together, went to school with each other or are related in some way shape or form. In the case many people get fired due to doing the right thing and speaking up when something wrong is happening. If you aren’t whiling to lie and betray others to keep a manager, lead or even the plant manager happy you can kiss your existence goodbye.
