This position will be responsible for administration of all aspects of order entry and processing. LSB offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, a dynamic and professional work environment, and advancement opportunities.</p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Receipt of customer orders, order entry into JDE, the company’s financial reporting system, scheduling of the trucks if applicable, reviewing order ship confirmation in JDE, and invoicing, including credit/debit memos.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of invoicing during the month to ensure a smooth, one-day close at month-end.</li><li>Monitor actual shipments against open orders and follow up on any missed or delayed shipments with both the customer and the LSB logistics group. </li><li>Match up the bills of lading with the invoices and submit them to the customer. </li><li>Communicate with the plant fulfillment managers on significant changes to order patterns and any rush shipments. </li><li>Monitor customer rail shipments where needed to ensure on-time delivery and adequate inventory levels</li><li>Due to the size of the department, and on-going, unpredictable customer requirements, high attendance is critical.</li><li>Be able to take after-hours calls at home or on weekends for emergency shipments. </li><li>Work with the other CSRs on the team to assist and to ensure the timely entering and processing of invoices. <p>The Tax Associate is involved in multiple aspects of tax compliance. This position will also be involved in all aspects of financial reporting for income taxes. The Tax Associate is primarily responsible for the preparation and/or review of supporting work papers, as well as tax return and extension/estimate work papers, tax research, and aiding in fulfilling requests of auditors. With a concentration on multi-stage, high pressure centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors.</p><p>This position is accountable for working with relevant stakeholders across the sites to drive continued improvements in the following areas, with the ultimate goal of sustaining high reliability and on-stream rate:</p><ul><li>Troubleshooting and resolving reliability issues with centrifugal compressors, pumps, and other rotating equipment</li><li>Assist with Turnaround Planning and Execution</li><li>Establish PM’s for compressors and pumps</li><li>Health, Vibration, and/or other Predictive monitoring systems</li><li>Precision maintenance procedures and execution</li><li>Defect elimination programs (RCA, FMEA)</li><li>Mechanical Integrity programs</li><li>Improving the knowledge and skillset of plant craftsmen and supervisors on centrifugal compressors </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Functional expert on centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, and positive displacement pumps for the Company</li><li>Contributes to the development, and performance management of the maintenance and reliability resources</li><li>Oversees the implementation, improvement, maintenance, and monitoring of compressor health monitoring systems.
