For the most part, managers and employees were very friendly and easy to work with. The flexibility is the best part of this job, along with the scheduling tools they provide.

Macy's worked on an attendance credit system while I was there. You'd initially get 6 and any call out would be 1 point deduction for a weekday absence or 2 on weekends. Being late was half an absence I believe. When you hit 0 you essentially are let go.
