<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>This position serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of credit bureau reporting to ensure compliance with Metro 2 file formats and required customer information submitted to the credit bureaus. This position contributes to the identification and resolution of regulatory/compliance issues related to credit bureau reporting as they arise, participates in initiatives that impact credit bureau reporting and may interact with technology staff, business managers/staff and compliance officers, among others, to ensure the requisite support for credit bureau reporting activities.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul><li>Enhance the credit reporting process to ensure compliance with FCRA and the Metro 2 standard</li><li>Identify improvements/gaps and provide recommendation</li><li>Lead process improvement recommendations into implementation</li><li>Trains and leads staff, prepares and enhances standard operating procedures concerning the credit reporting experience including proper use of the Metro 2 logic and best practices around data validation and disputes Investigate and respond accurately and within the required time frames to credit disputes initiated by consumers. Evaluate trends, support root cause analysis, and provide oversight of actions and responses for FCRA related to the credit disputes and consumer complaints</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participates in the development of new system functionality and its testing, ensuring data is furnished in accordance with guidelines via execution of scripting that was set to detect illogical conditions.</li><li>Conduct data and analysis review such as system enhancement reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), illogical data review, quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, cross functional workflow analysis among others and report findings of the review to leadership</li><li>Participate in technology-related project requests related to credit bureau reporting changes to ensure continued compliance with changing requirements</li><li>Stays abreast with all changes in reporting, codes and major changes in statute, regulations and significant case law</li><li>Create monthly Metro 2 files for the MoneyLion products</li><li>Build out preventative and detective controls for the credit reporting process</li><li>Build out Metro 2 system of record tool</li><li>Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgement and statistical tests; document processes, functionality, and implementation plans</li><li>Present the results of data analysis to management and other end users; collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions</li><li>Additional assigned duties and responsibilities</li></ul>

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will assist in delivering marketing programs at all stages of the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing and project management experience.
Your primary responsibilities will be to drive the creation and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns across email, push, in-app notifications, and SMS, in order to improve our key customer metrics: activation, spend, retention, and reactivation. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
Assist the Creative and Product teams with concepting engaging and effective lifecycle campaignsManage campaign execution, deployment, testing, and analysis. Ensure that all campaigns are built and executed in line with brand standards.Implement testing strategies in order to generate new insights and optimize campaign performanceManage list growth strategies, such as segmentation, personalization, and monitoring subscriber healthAnalyze performance for lifecycle campaigns and share them within the department on a weekly basisWork with the Engineering team and external vendors to maintain and improve the technical infrastructure of platforms used to build and deliver lifecycle campaigns.
Requirements

As a Senior RN engineer, you'll come to us having experienced the full spectrum of RN development, from state management and writing native extensions to over-the-air updates and release cycles.<br></p>

<p>What You'll Do:</p>
<ul><li>Participate in setting architectural strategy, roadmap, standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with technical leadership </li><li>Work with the VPE to meet corporate business objectives, specifically: Determine corporate technology standards, maintain an architecture roadmap, maintain a backlog of projects for the architectural roadmap, work on the active projects in the roadmap, and advocate best practices</li><li>Help steer technical decisions about software architecture</li><li>Architect and implement event-driven backend systems that provide support for our core systems</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on the design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring of our product</li><li>Serve as the last point of escalation for solving technical problems</li><li>Be a critical voice in design and code reviews </li><li>Shorten the product to market time across MoneyLion's portfolio</li><li>Improve retention and reduce unexpected churn in our products</li><li>Help mentor senior team members by instilling best practices</li><li>Possess a deep understanding of the product and business goals which you can translate into tech</li></ul>

<p>Who You Are:</p>
<ul><li>Expertise with Java including idiomatic usage </li><li>Experience with Java, specifically JDK 8+ and use streaming and lambdas to keep your codebase concise</li><li>Experience with REST applications and services using open-source Java Frameworks - Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data</li><li>Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems</li><li>NoSQL and Relational databases (We use MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL)</li><li>Experience designing and developing platform level, reusable components, including event architectures, messaging and caching (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kinesis, Apache Kafka, etc)</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience building highly available critical systems</li><li>Proven experience in demonstrating architecture skills at a multi-system level</li><li>Strong soft-skills including working via influence and supporting a growth mindset for your peers </li></ul>

Our mission is to help our members improve their financial lives through a set of innovative products designed to help them improve their credit and cover short term needs while educating them and provide low cost mechanisms to start investing.
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will assist in delivering marketing programs at all stages of the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing and project management experience.
Your primary responsibilities will be to drive the creation and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns across email, push, in-app notifications, and SMS, in order to improve our key customer metrics: activation, spend, retention, and reactivation. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
Assist the Creative and Product teams with concepting engaging and effective lifecycle campaignsManage campaign execution, deployment, testing, and analysis. Ensure that all campaigns are built and executed in line with brand standards.Implement testing strategies in order to generate new insights and optimize campaign performanceManage list growth strategies, such as segmentation, personalization, and monitoring subscriber healthAnalyze performance for lifecycle campaigns and share them within the department on a weekly basisWork with the Engineering team and external vendors to maintain and improve the technical infrastructure of platforms used to build and deliver lifecycle campaigns.
Requirements
1-2 years relevant marketing experience preferred, highly qualified entry level applicants will be consideredExperience working with email marketing platform, including managing campaigns, creating journeys, setting up A/B tests, and reporting resultsKnowledge of social media platforms and current trends. Ability to collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging and effective social media contentStrong project management, execution and problem-solving skillsPassion for understanding the customer and finding solutions to improve their experienceKnowledge of email and mobile marketing trends Ability to multitask and be flexible and nimble in a fast-paced startup environmentA team player that can work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve common goalsHTML and CSS skills a plusBelief in the MoneyLion mission Ready to learn the ins and outs of marketing at a high growth startup
