ServiceNow offers the best company culture that I have experienced my whole career. Most of the people that I've worked with are truly humble, helpful, friendly, and super capable. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work at the company. Senior leadership is pretty transparent. They make you feel like they truly care about the employee experience and there's so much work/life balance. It's awesome!

Sometimes the work pace can be ultra fast with extremely tight deadlines and its become acceptable to change priorities when leadership deems it necessary. That can take some getting used to and require a lot of flexibility from employees. Getting promoted, even to just the next level up, can take some time and they don't make it easy. Simply having years of experience and being an outstanding employee isn't enough to get promoted, on some teams.
