-There were lots of students on the platform, good for part time work
-The employees who contacted me were nice
-SAT tutoring rate was decent
|
-Tutoring rate for other subjects was low, especially for online tutoring, which was only $15/hr (minimum wage) at the time
-I worked in NYC, and sometimes the commute would take longer than the tutoring schedule. Other areas may be better.

Lot of Opportunities but sometimes inconsistent clients

Remote position, if you want to tutor for some money. Best done as a part time position. The amount of money you get paid is dependent on how much the client wants and if you get shown opportunities. I remember minimum rate is around 15$/hr, which is not bad.

Takes some time to get offered clients (meaning the site recommends clients to you). Generally, I receive lots of opportunities. Also many clients for math tutoring tend to be struggling and sometimes cancel sessions unexpectedly.
