The Position
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial planning and financial management reporting process. This involves enabling decision support via execution of all controlling areas, developing the planning & controlling processes, and providing data-based insights to management.
Further, you will collaborate closely with Line of Business aimed at establishing your role as a business partner enabling decision support across the affiliate.
Last but not least you will lead projects in Finance or participate as a key member in cross-divisional projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Finance or Business administration with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial controlling and/or planning. Having worked in different cultures of multinational companies, the pharma industry is a plus but not mandatory, with Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic will be a plus, Other important requirements are:
Professional qualification (CA, CPA, etc.) will be added advantage.
Proficiency with PC tools, and knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
You should have strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of generally accepted accounting standards and practices.

Your main accountabilities will be:
You will be responsible for identifying and adapting commercial opportunities and initiatives for future OSCD assets in Region Asia and Pacific. Drive cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure mid-long-term strategic commercial perspectives are reflected in key therapeutic area development activities and business decisions, strengthening the regional voice in the overall IO planning for OSCD.
You will monitor and challenge market development strategy (commercial, medical, access, etc.) with high business impact and provide strategic recommendations for improvements. Support the development of go-to-market strategies for each OSCD area by providing the APAC perspective.
You will lead strategic initiatives to realize commercial opportunity in line with Regional and IO business priorities, identifying and analysing opportunities to support commercial success for future Novo Nordisk portfolio across key affiliates as well as ensure proper preparation for embarking the OSCD area.
You will apply competitor insights and strategic assessments in recommendation towards brand teams, and generate insights via market researches for strategy development.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we require you to have Master’s degree in life science or business, with fluence in writing and speaking English. You should have good experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers, KOLs, etc.) and good experience in project management is preferable.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:
5+ Years of experience in the pharma industry
Desirable previous experience within NASH and/or Alzheimer Diseases or related to specialties linked to these diseases (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, Hepatologist, Gastroenterologist)

The position
The CRA Line Manager manages a team of clinical staff working in support of clinical studies to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and employees are trained and meet the project objectives.
Main responsibilities
• Line Management of Novo Nordisk CRAs and CTAs staff under his/her reporting line.
• Management of Novo Nordisk and Insourced staff in the country to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, SOPs and local regulations
• Continuously evaluate performance and individual learning & development needs against role expectations
• Line of business management to develop CRAs/CTAs and implement necessary actions to improve their performance and meet project deliverables
• Oversight and management of quality metrics for Insourced Monitors / CROs
Qualifications
• Graduation in health related areas (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacy-Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, among others)
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 8 years in Clinical Research
• Minimum 1 year of leading people.

About The Department

As a Product Manager, you will work within a high performing Marketing Team in Rare Diseases Business Unit, to deliver on brand plan strategy and tactics. Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
The Position
In this role, you will be accountable for driving the sales promotion of the brand, developing, and optimising new brand initiatives, and working closely with our sales and medical colleagues to implement and execute our campaigns.
Specific duties include, but not limited to:
Developing and implementing strategic product direction, managing product promotional budgets and projects, and forecasting product revenues.
Developing sales materials, product brand image & positioning through agency briefings and research programmes and executing multi-channel engagement initiatives.
Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders throughout campaign development, developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and KOL programmes, and liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC), Internal Order (IO), and Global Marketing regarding brand initiatives.
Communicating brand strategy to salesforce, providing continuous drive of the sales effort while ensuring compliance with Medicines Australia and NN guidelines in relation to production of marketing materials.
Engaging with our sales team, including field visits to improve brand execution and customer engagement, and attending key national congresses, symposia, & marketing meetings.
Qualifications
You completed a tertiary education in either business, marketing, or science
You have about 3 years of total pharmaceutical industry experience with 1 to 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, or you are an experienced Associate Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry ready to step up into a Product Manager role
You have solid project management experience with superior communication skills and exceptional business acumen
You are a high performer, remarkably detail-oriented and meticulous especially with numbers

About the Department
Novo Nordisk Oceania is a high performing affiliate within a mature pharma market environment. You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues from the Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical, Medical & Regulatory departments located at North Sydney Head Office, while developing and implementing territory business plans and prospecting new customers to drive sales results for our new and existing products.
As GP (General Practitioner) Sales Representative, you will join our high performing obesity sales team that promotes and/or sells Novo Nordisk products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory.
The Position
In this role, you will be promoting in the therapy area of obesity to General Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists across North Lakes to Gympie and the country area of Mackay (6 to 8 times per year) on a permanent full-time capacity. The large territory will require regular travel across the defined region including outside of the metro area.
We are looking for an individual preferably with pharmaceutical sales experience, however, open to consider individuals knowledgeable and with keen interest on obesity management or sales who can hit the ground running with an entrepreneurial flair. You will enjoy variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug.
The position is located on North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast reporting to the Obesity State Sales Manager.
Qualifications
You have minimum 1 year GP sales experience in the ethical pharmaceutical industry or a proven track record of building and maintaining access to a network of healthcare professionals within pharmaceutical sales.
Completion of Medicines Australia is an advantage, and tertiary education in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business field is preferred.
You must hold a valid driver’s license, be willing and able to do regular travel away from home and open to render extended work hours occasionally including on weekends.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
You must either be an Australian Citizen or have a current residency Visa to live and work in Australia.

About the Department
Novo Nordisk (NN) Oceania is a high performing affiliate within a mature pharma market environment. You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues from the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, Quality, NN Global Shipping and Global Business Services (GBS) teams located at North Sydney Head Office, and primarily interact with external vendors to maintain productive working relationships with these stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of NN’s logistic execution plans and processes.
As Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of the NN Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
The Position
In this role, you will take on the responsibility of managing Novo Nordisk’s Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) and freight forwarding partners in Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal within the business to ensure that our supply chain partners continue to be an extension of the NN business through customer centric philosophies coupled with a continuous improvement drive. The key to the success of this role is to be able to build positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders while identifying and driving opportunities for process improvements to ensure that we continually meet customer, patients, and business expectations.
Specific duties include but not limited to:
Be the process owner and champion for all 4PL and logistics processes and ensure that all 4PL & Freight Forwarding vendors meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage all business review meetings and other 4PL meetings including project management of key 4PL projects ensuring delivery as per business expectations
Work with key business partners to identify and implement warehouse and distribution solutions that are aligned to the NN business strategy
Ensure month end activities that relate to NN’s 4PL and freight forwarding partners are conducted to meet all compliance and customer requirements
Comply with all Quality Assurance (QA) and financial business requirements
Qualifications
You have minimum 3 years’ experience managing 3rd party logistics providers or freight forwarder vendors and have in depth knowledge of warehouse and transport operations as well as the implementation of value adding KPI’s.
Lean 6 Sigma certification is an advantage.
You have completed Tertiary education in Logistic, Supply Chain or similar.
Experience in SAP is essential.
You are proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications and your communication skills (written and verbal) are excellent.
