It was definitely not good enough to cover the therapy I needed to survive here. - Abusive environment will leave you traumatized. The person who worked for my manager before me left to go on extended medical leave to a mental hospital and the same very nearly happened to me. - Managers are incompetent, do not set their directs up for success, provide no support and take credit for your work - Meetings on meetings on meetings with no time to get actual work done. - Too many people are required to make simple decisions, which means decisions don't get made and deadlines are frequently missed. - Very little opportunity for career advancement. Working at The New York Times is treated like the top achievement a person can get so there's no need to provide development or career pathing. - Very limited ways of thinking.
