They also think it's ok to lie to people about what their income potential is. Make sure you ask to see how the entire sales team is doing and how that translates to your paycheck. The average sales rep sells about 20% of the quota that they tell you all reps are hitting every month. Even if you do hit your quota half of them won't get set up or will term so you end up below quota even if you hit it.
