Not worth the headache

The options, branding and everything available to market was incredible at the time, and I'm sure being able to pitch let's go to market was incredibly helpful to win more deals.
|
I thought having a support staff would be great but sometimes due to the volume having one transaction coordinator running the show proved to have a whole lot of setbacks versus adding value to the position.

Talks about Culture... Treats employees like dirt.

Listen... let's give some perspective.
I've been in sales a long time and trained hundreds if not thousands of people in many industries including Timeshare etc. Why do I share this? Because the people in timeshare were often functional alcholics and had drug habits to support etc. The management was highly unprofessional but I admit many of them were incredible sales people... I was there to help them actually treat people well and improve their customer service.
Anyway... I would take any one of these derelicts over the management at Offerpad. I can't begin to describe just how bad the management was because truthfully it was borderline (or way across the border) criminal.
They absolutely do NOT give a crap about their clients and definitely don't care about the staff either.

Recent good review are fabricated 100% from a few top leaders. NO current employees are happy.

I had to leave a review after watching the recent desperate attempts to get the company rating up. The only pro to working here is having a front row seat to watching the ship go down and hoping these jerks get what they deserve.
|
The current morale at the company is at an all time low. Finger pointing from headquarters at all departments. Meetings are currently getting yelled at, cussed at and told "if you don't like it there's the door" from Chief Officers.
Benefits, bonuses, and pay are steadily going down just as quick at the "culture" they supposedly care about. Top leadership is a boys club 3/4 of which would not make it in the real corporate world. It's turned into a joke of a company.
