Stoped working!
|
Almost the same exact experience everyone else is having. After 1.5 years, our Owlett stoped working. Customer Service said I would need a new sensor. I asked if I can use my FSA card to buy the sensor and was told no, I had to buy the WHOLE device. Well guess what, I tried buying the sensor with my FSA card and it worked NO PROBLEM!! So either these people aren’t truly trained correctly or they really are scammers.

Couldn’t sleep without the Owlet

The owlet gives me so much peace of mind. I am a first time mom and I struggle with anxiety and knowing that if anything goes wrong with my baby I will be notified helps me sleep at night. It is also great to see how she sleeps at night and how often she wakes up and then seems to soothe herself back to sleep.

Sock disconnects frequently
|
The sock is great in theory, but the range is very limited and it disconnects all the time. It takes away from the usefulness because it goes off so much, we ignore it or sleep through the alerts. However, moving the base closer to the sock doesn’t make sense because then we can’t see the color of the alert on the base if it’s not in our room. I like the product but it seems like this could be improved.
