Good coworkers and most customers are friendly. There is travel every day but generally home every evening. Upper management seems to be struggling and not in touch with there employees.

Great work environment but no job security
|
I really enjoyed working at Pitney Bowes, great schedule and time off with above average pay but I was laid off when they decided to move to a different state. It was a bummer because I was always happy going into work.

Employees are helpful, kind and want to see you have success! Warehouse is clean and you can see their trying to make life for the employees better. Management could use a more hands-on approach. They seem like elitist at times.

I enjoyed my few months working at pitney bowes it allowed me to work from home while receiving surgery, the quotas we're a little hard to meet but overall I enjoyed the staffs outlook and positive work environment.

Easy work but terrible working environment
|
Bad management, higher ups are nothing but drunk or high immature adults, who’s main goals in mind is to make friends , cause drama and not actually work. Majority of the employees also be under the influence while working and management , hr , whatever don’t care because it’s Mainly their favorites breaking the rule so if your not on their good side prepare to get fussed at and overworked then randomly fired for no reason.

At the end of the day, the pay is not competitive, the benefits are terrible and there is no prospect of a promotion
|
They don’t have any career paths or ways to get promoted, the annual raises equate to 2% to 3% on a good year. Their entire mo is to cut costs and they’ve forgotten how to make money.
Their data quality is a joke and if it were not for some key individuals, they whole operation would fall apart.

It's not the worst place

I have loved working in Pb but there is zero opportunities to progress. Client services staff are bottom of the ladder and all the work is thrown to us. Pay isn't to bad but be prepared to get a lot of work thrown at you

Not a good place to work

My experience wasn’t to great, definitely a lot of favoritism and clicks…it don’t matter if you worked hard, they never appreciated it. They will fired you unexpectedly….i literally worked super hard for this company, got cuts and bruises and etc and after my 90 days, instead of them hiring me in like they said they would, they fired me without any notice, not just me but I’ve seen them fired a lot of people…management have they favorites, they talk to they employees any type of way, to be honest this place is in need of a union to fight for the employees, without that the employees (new and old) are in jeopardy of losing their jobs no matter what

Typical day at work, was very challenging especially with the work environment and management environment. Working there i didn’t really learn and anything. The job itself was very easy just stressful depending on where they had you at.
