People that work here are nice. There are limited opportunities for growth within the same team, many people will move laterally depending on the skills they want to focus on. Fast paced environment. The managers are all in co-hoots in treating employees like garbage. NO MICROMANAGEMENT. We are heard and valued. The benefit packages are amazing and company culture is awesome! We are a construction based company so summer is VERY busy, but by fall/winter the queues are very calm. I do admit that promotions are kind of far and few, but that's honestly because most people don't quit and I honestly believe the turnover is quite low compared to other places. I have worked here for 3 years and I majorly still work with the same people I started with. Health insurance is very affordable, High PTO balance, lots of paid holidays (including Juneteenth), 10 sick days a year. Its problem, is it is pricing itself out of the competition. In its early years, it was revolutionary enough to justify the price. As time has gone on and competition has caught up, Procore has failed to adjust. It still charges like it is a unicorn product despite competitors offering largely the same product at 1/10th of the price sometimes.
