Basically everything else. Leadership is terrible, they monitor your badges to ensure you are on site the required # of days, was promised that everyone gets to go to at least one professional development/conference a year and in 5 years I haven’t been to 1 (yes a few years were covid, but…), promotions are hard to come by, lots of politics, I could go on and on but won’t waste either of our time.

The CEO and his leadership team should be fired. He has made some terrible business decisions and someone new should be put at the helm. Enough with the RTO policing, we are adults, if people have high performance, leave them alone. Culture is not built by forcing people in the office to sit on Teams calls. The whole “flattening” the organization was a terrible idea. It just inflated executive leaders positions and power who are clueless about that actual work, while diminishing that of those who actually know and understand the work.
