U do get 3 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time after 90 day trial. Successivamente sono stato assegnato al packaging, e qui ho preferito licenziarmi; superiori impertinenti, disorganizzazione, lavoro ripetitivo, attenzione al personale inesistente, reparto di personale quasi esclusivamente femminile dove c'è competitività estrema . Sicuramente per fare curriculum è buono. Formazione, mensa, colleghi. Tendency to over-commit to the network and under deliver or deliver to the detriment of other business commitments. - Management across the whole site more focused on 'optics' than performance.
