Overworked and underpaid

They will add more to your plate and not compensate you for it. They'll promote others for doing the bare minimum then hold a meeting to make the process more difficult after they've promoted their friends. Also expect to interview and get rejected at least 10 times before a promotion. If you don't fit their mold you will not get promoted. Supervisors will have you do things the long way and critique your calls over petty reasons. Thankless job, should've left sooner.

Needs better management. The training they push you to focus on certain key points then when ojt over the script flips . Their attendance can be unfair especially when life events like car accidents happen that counts against you and more. You get told you supported but you see the favoritism a lot .

The application process was easy and I got a call back within a day after the recorded video interview. The perks are amazing, support unmatched and they offer attractive benefits. As a remote agent, they send the computer and hardware. I can't help but feel such an immense sense of pride knowing who I work for. The environment is incredible, such an inclusive and diverse culture that has been rare to find elsewhere. The trainers and coaches really put their hearts into what they do and it's no wonder why; Progressive takes great care of their people. The training program is extensive and thorough; 16 weeks to prepare with various techniques, so many tools and non stop support and encouragement geared towards making sure everyone has what they need to succeed, so we can give our customers the very best of us. The Sales Consultant role consists of helping customers with finding the right policy(ies) to meet their needs. I enjoy helping people and I love being a part of a company who cares about their employees!
