What is the best part of working at the company? Loved the environment. The staff, the merch. No complaints at all. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? None. Love it. Would work there again if there were still locations near me. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Friendly, works together type staff. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Greeted by everyone when you walked in. Usually clock in. Get assigned an area of the store if you were reg staff and you'd just ask the customers a few questions about their style and they usually loved help, keep your area clean. And just always flew by. This was the best part time job I ever had and I would readily go back if I could. The work is occasionally physically demanding as I did have to move furniture but otherwise is extremely comfortable and easy. The customers were usually wonderful with only the rare exception. The benefits are nonexistent due to it being part time. I liked the team I worked with and loved the discounts. The negatives were that if you weren’t management you worked less than 20 hours a week. The employee discount was great but I worked here about 6/7 months.
