Depends on the franchise!

You can have great or not so great owners. I’ve experienced both in the past 7 years. But be prepared to work short staffed and have your hours cut when they don’t “have enough labor” to give.

Great people horrible place

The people you meet were amazing but the way they ran the store was horrible, a lot of the time other employees would bad mouth you if they wanted you to get fired since more employees meant less hours

errible pay terrible hours treated like you’re getting paid michellin star chefs salary while you’re fighting till your next check. have to pay for your own uniform no overtime whatever hours they make up that week is your schedule and you cant change it
