Many long term and upper level employees have left in recent months, including several VPs of sales, along with sales directors, enablement partners, analytics & research, ops, and many others. The overall culture was being overhauled just a couple years ago and it felt like we had turned a positive corner. Unfortunately covid made it possible for many bad managers to take back over, now its all whose *ss you kiss or who your friends with rather than the level.of work you do. Qualified management candidates are passed over because they aren't in the cool kids club, no guideline for promotion is provided, available leadership positions are seemingly filled without being opened to the team for consideration. You are at the mercy of your manager to try and move up, many of which are underequipped and inexperienced. Everyone turns a blind eye when good employees leave because of the click mentality, tired of watching others move up, without explanation or direction on how to improve. People that are left spend more time networking than taking care of clients. The poorest performers just keep getting moved between teams, on to cause chaos for another group of clients ans internal partners. Teams point fingers at other teams, never taking responsibility for poor management and training. It is no longer important to provide good service, instead management values process creation for the smallest details of business, those that don't "stay in their lane" are considered bad employees and blamed for creating hostility across teams. You aren't the allowed to help with tasks outside your defined role, even when it is at the benefit of the client and overall team. A few good people left, but not many, mostly false promises and cool kid clicks. It's all about who you know. If you are looking for a company to move up in, Quotient is not the place for you.
