Position Summary:
As Royal Caribbean look to deliver significant growth in a highly competitive market, there is a need for laser-focused account planning, relationship management and execution. The purpose of this key sales role, working closely with their Sales Development Manager, is to own and manage a portfolio of key retail trade partner accounts, influencing internal and external stakeholders by creating effective relationships to maximise performance through the development of fully integrated, strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed key financial and behavioural targets.

Develop effective ways of working with the Sales Development Manager working closely with the Senior Manager Retail Development to ensure consistency in approach.

Produce annual strategic account plans with alignment to the booking curve for each account and RCI. Develop tactical product plans as required.

Work with commercial team to analyse the weekly stats/commercial deal and provide insight/ trends and implement relevant actions.
Effectively manage agreed Co-op/marketing budgets ensuring maximum return on investment.
Lead Commercial negotiations to enable long-term profitable growth whilst being conscious of the competitive environment. Ensure business partner agreements/CTA’s are in place in a timely fashion.
Responsible for competitive intelligence gathering, providing regular updates to the organisation alongside appropriate recommendations.
Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers across the accounts
Produce, in conjunction with Senior Manager Retail Development, a contact strategy and wiring plan that drives focus on delivering shared accountability to the agreed plans.
Set clear SMART objectives for all meetings to ensure effective use of time.
Implement both product and automation training to improve conversion of sales.
Design and implement annual training plans for each account.
Drive participation in the corporate trade Incentive program ‘Club Rewards’.
Act as brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean International at key trade and consumer events.
Prepare and host successful customer educational events/trips i.e. ‘Seminars at Sea’, Ship launches, ship visits, conferences etc. as required, with targeted sales follow up to ensure robust ROI.
Implement successful consumer cruise events – digitally or face-to face - as required as part of a clear strategy and demonstrate a return on the investment of time and costs.
Influence the virtual cross functional team and ensure the right amount of time is dedicated to supporting the strategic partners with an execution plan.
Work with the Trade Marketing team to ensure that Royal Caribbean International are positively represented in all sales activity.
Implement, develop and manage the sales strategy for new business opportunities across your account portfolio and the wider business.
Effective use of the KAM app to present RCI in a consistent way that positively reflects the brand.
Fully embrace and embed the SPARK tools and account planning techniques.

Training Manager EMEA
Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for the development and deployment of Trade Education Strategy for the EMEA region. The primary two focus areas for the first 12 months will be training the trade on our automation booking/servicing tools (Airwaves & Espresso) & What the Royal Brand stands for. With a secondary focus on the evolution of the brands latest e-learning platform “LEARN”.
The LEARN platform is currently available via Club Royal for UK/I markets (web platform and launching via the APP in August 22). As part of the wider EMEA Training Strategy, the role will also be responsible for rolling out LEARN effectively across EMEA - focused initially on the managed markets - SPAIN, NORWAY, SWEDEN but post this there’s a huge opportunity across the PSR / IR markets including Israel, South Africa, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
This individual should have both face to face training delivery skills and e-Learning experience.
Where agency support is required the role will fully manage the relationships and be accountable for budgets afforded to the project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Trade Automation & Brand
Evaluate training requirements for key EMEA markets (Brand and automation)
Build relevant training material (relevant for face to face sessions and virtual for both brand and automation tools)
Delivery of face to face and virtual training sessions across EMEA (against Market prioritization plan)
Stay on top of Brand & Automation tool development to keep all training material up to date.
Ensure EMEA Sales Teams are fully trained on automation tools & Brand items
Make recommendations to key stakeholders based on findings & include solutions to any potential challenges that exist.
Provide regular reporting on delivery and engagement
Work with Key Stakeholders in Call Centre & Sales Enablement Snr Teams to ensure any recurring training requirements are covered via trade feedback
LEARN
Evaluate the LEARN platform and new 3 level format – module content
Work with Trade Marketing Managers to give feedback on module requirement and evolution of current UK/I platforms
A key part of the role will be taking the LEARN journey on the road across EMEA - with a view to ensuring that LEARN becomes the “go to” educational site for the Travel Trade. This will include taking opportunities to show case our developments at key Travel forums and Events.

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the Commercial and FP&A Analyst role is to provide proactive financial & commercial insights & analysis with a focus on supporting the financial & commercial aims of the organisation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Distribution strategy: Support Distribution strategy implementation by delivering the commercial & commission plans and forecast that are required as part of the implementation plan
Work with Commercial Manager & Commercial Director to financially model past, current and future channel mixes developing targets and goals to support business strategy
Working with the Commercial Manager & Sales Director to determine short and long terms goals for the various channels to deliver cost of sale reductions
COMMERCIALS:
Develop the outline for each scheme at partner and market level with recommendations for commission targets and business goals
Prepare all necessary supporting information and work to facilitate informed decision making and information for effective roll out of terms
Ensure efficient execution and maintenance of all Annual Seasonal & Tactical schemes including target setting, ongoing reporting of partner performance and final results
Provide post activity analysis on commission schemes to help ensure continuous improvement
COMMERCIAL PLANNING:
Manage the month end process of commission actuals and forecasting
Maintain accurate cost of sale database capturing all commission related activities
Oversee management staff incentive budget, reviewing activities and ensuring policies for incentive are being followed
REPORTING & INSIGHTS:
Provide suite of regular weekly reporting and dashboards to support day to day operation and decision making for trade & direct sales teams.
Model past current and future channel mix including topline distribution channel
Provide agreed external reporting to support all commercial activities including performance vs target details for trade partners
Work with sales team to unearth channel trends and strive to improve understanding of ROI on all investment activities to support investment decisions and future distribution strategy
Respond to ad hoc analysis needs as they arise to support business decisions
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for identifying all risks and opportunities in monthly re-forecasting for given channel
Support monthly close process and working alongside cost centre managers in forecasting the SG&A budget.
Analyse SG&A spend across marketing and sales channels to derive ROI insights. Present these findings back to the business in a timely fashion to ensure that SG&A investment & returns have visibility to key stakeholders and budget owners.
OTHER:
Work with Commercial Manager to ensure efficient design and production of Field Sales Targets supported with regular tracking
Attend and support key external sales team meetings as able
Attend and support key commercial meetings and events across EMEA as required
Monitor market data and market trends
Support key projects and initiatives as they arise in the business

POSITION SUMMARY:
Position based in Mexico City Office
The IT Field services technician position will be responsible for delivering front line support to end-users as part of the Global IT team, focusing on hardware and software related issues impacting multiple platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT Help Desk / Field Service end user support
· CompTIA, Microsoft or similar industry certifications preferred, but not required

JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Executive will assist with coordination & implementation of Trade & Brand marketing programs and events.
The position is based in Singapore and supports activities across Singapore and Asia region and reports to the Marketing Manager. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and time management is key in this position.
The role will liaison with internal stakeholders in Sales, Revenue and Shipboard Team as well as external stakeholders like creative agency, media agency, social influencers, and event management teams. The role is responsibility for processing invoices and tracking expenses to ensure budgets are maintained.
Some of your duties include:
Coordinates and executes trade and brand events by liaising with stakeholders to develop content, agenda, secure venue, entertainment, etc.
Assists with production of social media campaigns, including content development, influencer handling, onboard filming and tracking KPI deliverables
Assists with roadshows by securing venue/location, develop booth design, onsite set up, marketing materials
Assists with asset development of collateral & sales materials used for product launches, partnership programs, sales trainings, events
Coordinates with Singapore shipboard team localized onboard requirements such as onboard signage, decoration for local theme events (ie Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival) or theme cruises
Handle procurement, quoting and design of logo merchandise used at events, travel agent programs and brand give aways
Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing team by providing back-up support as needed for various Marketing projects
Assist with processing invoices and tracking expenses
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as creative agency, media agency, event venues for project briefing, project management and deliverables
Assists with collecting market intelligence & utilizes market data research to prepares special reports & regular briefs for overviews
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Degree or diploma holder in Marketing preferred, with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience in marketing and events management
Strong verbal and written communication skills and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to be able to support the English and Chinese sales materials for product launches
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking

JOB SUMMARY:
This is an important, strategic role in the implementation of public relations programs designed to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization. This team member should be a communications and public relations professional, capable of assisting in projects and project teams, and producing content of the highest caliber. Naval Architect
Position Summary:
Naval Architect participates to daily ship project naval architectural routines for specified Vessel Classes during their design and building phases. Participation to concept design process for upcoming new build projects belongs also to main focus areas. Naval Architect will work closely with the teams of Maritime Technology and Chief Naval Architect assisting experts with technology development and research in addition to various new build related technical projects such as technical feasibility studies and verification of new technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Naval Architecture – Design and Building phases
Participates to the ship project design and building process on the field of naval architecture
Actively coordinating the different discipline, by leading the project general arrangement plan development
Participates to definition, follow up and approval process of ships, hydrodynamics, comfort and safety during the design and building phases
Hydrostatics, stability and weight
Keep archive of all hydrostatics, stability and ships weight and related items for all new building projects
Works as contact persons to consultants related to hydrostatics, stability and weight
Participates Vessel Class project building and sea trial phase
Participates to ships Naval Architectural and regulatory work with classification society, Flag administration, USCG, etc.

In-house advisor for Newbuild department on statutory regulations and their direct impact on architectural design. This includes fire safety related topics like space categories, structural fire protection and escapes, assembly stations arrangement, general technical issues.
Participates to new projects at the early stage (concept design) for various naval architectural tasks specified for each project separately by Chief Naval Architect
Technology development
Participate design criteria selection and development for new projects
Risk management process for new technologies, define process how to identify risks properly at early stage of project
Feasibility studies for different field of technologies as needed
Key skills & experience required:
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, MS Project or equivalent, PowerPoint,
Working knowledge of various computer aided design programs and analysis programs. Good skills to analyze and develop specifications. Drawings, layouts and other technical documentation.
Understanding of shipbuilding project and programming processes.
Basic knowledge of SOLAS, IMO, classification rules and marine standards.

Senior Manager Commercial Support
Position Summary:
Operating under the brands of Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, the Royal Caribbean Group has significant operations across EMEA. Over the coming years the business will continue to expand as it introduces new industry leading ships, with a particular focus on sourcing more guests onto our European based deployment.
Across EMEA, most of the business driven by our brands is sourced via third party trade partners. It is the back office setup and management of these trade partners which is the core purpose of this position.
The Role:
The Senior Manager Commercial Support will play a key role in supporting the operational activities of our markets across EMEA. Working within the legal team, the role will be an important business partner our brand commercial teams. The core responsibilities include the ownership & production of commercial terms agreements, ensuring that all trade partners selling our product have signed agreements in place. The role will take ownership of ensuring that the legal structure of all trade partners we operate with is correctly setup in our booking systems & subsequently maintained. The Senior Manager Commercial Support will take the lead in working with our legal counsel to ensure that all commercial agreements are maintained with up to date language and terms. The role will take the lead on communicating all commission based schemes to trade partners, as well as tracking, approving & loading the subsequent commission invoices we receive.
The role will have a one direct report (Senior Analyst Commercial Support) & will be responsible for motivation & development of this individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Day to day support of the EMEA Managed Markets for Commercial issues, which will include problem solving, answering queries in relation to our tactical Bonus Schemes and Commercial Terms Agreements.
Work with the Legal Team and brand Commercial Teams to understand the requirements for Commercial Terms Agreements (CTA) and assist in the production of approved CTA templates, and subsequently the issuing of said agreements (to include distribution, tracking, chasing and legal filing.
To assist with the preparation, issuing and tracking of brands Business Partnership Agreements where such agreements exist in a Market.
Weekly validation of new Travel Agency profiles created by the Trade Support Teams within the AS400 system to ensure that new Agents being set up within the AS400 system are (a) set up correctly (b) have been issued with a Business Partnership Agreement.
Tracking of BPA’s approved/disapproved by Finance to meet audit requirements.
Weekly review of Agency profiles in AS400 system on pending status to ensure that a BPA has been issued to them.
Regular reviews of Agency profiles on K (Service only) status to ensure that where no live bookings exist that these profiles are placed on D status (Disapproved) to meet our audit processes.
Production of new Flex Commission plans for the brands as required, including a review of current assignments and re-assigning.
Annual review of Flex Commission plan assignments to include any relevant changes in base Commission entitlements based on Commercial Terms Agreements being awarded for the coming year.
Provide additional support to our Field Sales Team in relation to Commercial matters.
Working with the Commercial Teams, gain an understanding of any tactical bonus commissions schemes being introduced and produce/send out the relevant communications of such tactical Bonus Commission schemes to Partners.
Verify results from Monthly, Bi Monthly, 6 Monthly & Year End performance figures as well as tactical override scheme results, ensuring that any errors and/or omissions are identified/picked up prior to providing final summary statements/PO# to Partners.
Communication to Partners of Monthly, Bi Monthly, 6 Monthly & Year End performance figures as well as tactical override scheme results, with relevant Override entitlements (to include email, statement with Purchase Order Number, distribution and filing).
Production of an override commission payment tracker to clearly reflect the issuance of a purchase order number with the relevant scheme details, partner details (including vendor number) value, and status of the partners invoice.
Processing of invoices received from Partners for override commissions (validation, submission to AP team, approval processing).
Review/chase outstanding override invoices from Partners to ensure all are settled within the commercial year that they refer to.
Day to day co-ordination of incoming departmental emails.
Other ad hoc tasks.
Key skills & experience required:
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Sales Administrative / Operations Support experience
High attention to detail
Additional language skills (in particular Spanish) would be strongly beneficial
Experience of the Travel Industry business would be an advantage
