Great company with great people
|
I loved my time at Radian. Great people and work-life balance is a priority. However, sometimes management caters too much to bad employee's feelings and emotions. Some managers also tend to show biases towards employees who have a more "traditional" family dinamic (ie "step kids are not the same as biological children") when it comes to hours/shifts and time off. Outside of the one-off instances - the management and environment is amazing. Had it now been for "restructuring" and downsizing - I would still be there and would go back in a heartbeat!

Radian has the best training. The pay not that great but they also do mass layoff very frequently. Great company to work for as long the job is available

The management were great to work with, the company had a good remote working environment with training and the tools needed to perform your best.

I did not find any part of the job stressful.

Friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service and in being helpful and respectful of associates.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Log on, check emails, work the que, call and/or email supervisor if needed anything, complete tasks with minimal supervision but help always available if needed.

One of my Top Favorite Companies I’ve Worked For!
|
This was one of my favorite jobs. They were very helpful, very respectful. The pay wasn’t bad. The incentives and benefits were amazing. There was plenty of room to advance. I mean, they even allowed mental health days to help you! That alone is uncommon. Only thing that sucked was getting laid off due to the economy. I would recommend a 100000 times and would go back in a heartbeat if position was open!

I enjoy working at Radian. The people are great! Compensation is competitive, benefits and PTO are good. Most colleagues have stayed remote since COVID but like that there's the opportunity for hybrid and/or in-office.

Great place to work, great people to work for. Unfortunately have to worry about layoffs (mainly because of the industry). Specifically if you work in Operations or Finance. You're usually good in the lending department or customer service.
