You can achieve the short call times and all the caller statistics but if they don't like you you won't be considered for advancement. It is a petty work place. Very hard to get a day off to take care of personal business. You may be penalized if you call out. The job takes up all your time and watches your time. Great benefits but poor management. This company is all about meetings that could have been an email. They say they want to help you advance but it’s just a smoke screen. They favor some over others. They want more and expect more but you never get a raise; you get cost of living, but nothing that recognizes you and the work you do. Free popcorn, soda and many days they fed us to celebrate special days. Great benefit package. Literal braindead company. Pay was not equal to the amount of work we were doing. If you enjoy overtime and the pay, this might be the job for you. If they hire you, good luck because you'll need it. The job on the other hand was super easy, just entering license plates into the system and correcting them. You may listen to music while working, I used to work at home with this job and I would watch shows while working, BUT the job is now 100% in office. Literal braindead company. Which was good but didn’t make up for the negatives. It was low pay and management was terrible. They have a high turnover rate for a reason. Just another corporation exploiting employees. There is an excellent group of people here and management has been great to work for. I feel I can go talk to just about anyone if I have a question, and they are always happy to help. I've been with the company going on 5 years and with the right attitude, and speaking up, there is room for advancement. It's nice to actually enjoy what I do for a living and feeling appreciated is a great bonus! Most people here know you by name, and the family functions allow you to get to know your fellow employees on a deeper level. My manager and supervisor have restored my faith in working for “the man.” They are kind, they listen and admit to their mistakes if they make them. I’m able to share how I truly feel about anything, like policies or metrics or anything that comes across my mind without fear of retribution. It’s refreshing. The work is busy and can be stressful, but the stress is a busy-stress and not a job-loathing put me out of my misery stress. I look forward to my meetings and finally feel like a person. My only “complaint” I’d say is the leaders seem stressed out and over worked all the time.
