<li dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Monitors and may assist with asphalt/concrete repairs (i.e. potholes, cracks, hot patching, sewer drains and covers). </span> </li>
<li dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Monitors and may assist with lighting repairs for lots, wall packs, under canopy, etc. (i.e. bulb, ballast/driver replacement, locating breaks and trenching between poles), snow and ice clearing, correction of unsafe, unsanitary and/or unsightly conditions at sites. </span> </li>
<li dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Confers with tenants and other employees to ensure that all sites' needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner. </span> </li>
<li dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Works with tenant contractors as needed. </span> </li>
<li dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">With approval, purchases or oversees purchases of all supplies, material and equipment required to complete assigned work. </span> </li>

Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment, tools, solvents and other agents to increase efficiency of projects. <li><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Should have plumbing and electrical experience and prior group leader or foreman experience. </span> </li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;font-family: Arial;">Must have previous experience with general painting, electrical, drywall and plumbing repairs. </span> </li>

The role will evaluate short-term borrowing strategies for balances on its revolving credit facility and make recommendations for payment and/or short-term financing. The role will manage all treasury management aspects of the Company’s banking relationships, including evaluating, developing and implementing cash management systems that are cost effective and optimize efficiencies. In addition, the role will be responsible for providing forecast, plan and variance analysis for G&A expense for multiple areas of business. The role will also manage the Company’s corporate capital budget and related process. The role ensures that all G&A activities are appropriately reflected in company budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning and will build analytics to help decision making. <br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li dir = "auto">Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily short-term financing decisions;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Provide support to all departments requiring electronic receipt and disbursement of funds;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Oversee bank account management, including opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts needed to support business needs;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Develop policy and procedures; evaluate internal controls over cash and electronic payments, either incoming or outgoing;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly executive summary cash reports; </li>
<li dir = "auto">Monitor daily cash position, ensuring efficient and timely execution of cash concentration and funding needs to meet on-going operational and contractual requirements;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Oversee borrowings/repayments under company credit facility;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Manage cash flow forecasting activities and determine if the organization will have enough cash, need a loan, or have more cash than needed (to be invested);</li>
<li dir = "auto">Ensure adequate controls and compliance with bank account management and disbursement policies;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Initiation and recording of wire transfers and internal cash transfers;</li>
<li dir = "auto">Corporate deposits (research, coding, and deposit into appropriate bank account);</li>
<li dir = "auto">Manage, monitor daily positive pay report, researching issues accordingly and communicating suspected fraud or bank account comprise immediately;</li>
