401k's can and will be cut. promotions take forever, but most likely you will not get one because of "promotion freezes". incredibly toxic work culture, they demand hard work, but can't actually reward you, if you perform well. It's a QA trap, meaning they will demean you, so as to justify giving you boring, non-career developing work.

Terrible company. Horrible Management. It is So Bad here, that many Employees have sued Forcepoint for various labor violations and WON. I am certain there will be more in the future. I can't tell you how many 'Really Great' Employees have left this company or been rail-roaded out for bogus reasons.
