Decent benefits and will be granted a lifestyle spending account but no matching RRSP.

Company operations known for being a mess and chaotic.
Leadership team and upper Management change direction so frequently that there is no semblance of consistent structure or development. When they have invested in projects that have failed (I.e. fulfillment to compete with Amazon) they did 2nd round of layoffs to help their stock value. Good people were let go only to do mass hiring 6 months later.
Sales Leaders have taken stress leave as well as many reps. Never any accountability for this burn and churn culture.
Books of business change as often as 3-6 months with lots of overlap between reps which creates a hostile and territorial environment. Use to be very collaborative.
OTE for sales roles are usually about $40k-50k less compared to the market for related positions (SMB and mid-market)! Do your research, you will see!
Managers don't have any autonomy to stand up for their reps when decisions are made above them.
Sales enablement often delivers information after products launch, which creates tension for sales reps trying to educate customers with missing value and feature updates.
Falsified and innacurate ROI analysis to customers was publicly accepted by Managers and Leadership.
Management praise cheaters so long as they hit their targets and they will look the other way. Integrity is not valued here.
Investments are made on new product integrations that have not been properly tested and are rushed to market to show they are being "innovative". Consequently, customers' needs are not prioritized and support is non-existent.
